(一) 衡水市曙光油漆厂,是衡水市赵圈镇的镇办小企业。现有职工157人,主要产品有各色醇酸调和漆,稳定型酞青兰和氯化亚铜。固定资产296万元,流动资金245万元。这个镇办小厂的原材料供应和产品销售都未列入国家计划,原材料靠自己高价采购,产品靠自己推销。为了在激烈的市场竞争中求生存、求发展,他们从1983年开始,对强化企业管理进行了一系列探索,促进了经济效益的提高。1983年到1985年,这个厂的产值、产量、上缴税金高速度增长,三年翻了二番。
(1) Hengshui Shuguang Paint Factory is a township-run small enterprise in Zhaoquan Town, Hengshui City. 157 employees, the main products are various alkyd lacquer, stable indigo green and cuprous chloride. 2.96 million yuan in fixed assets and 2.45 million yuan in liquidity. The raw material supply and product sales of this town-run small factory are not included in the national plan. Raw materials are purchased at a high price on their own, and products are sold on their own. In order to survive and develop in the fierce market competition, they have started a series of explorations on strengthening enterprise management since 1983 and have promoted the improvement of economic efficiency. From 1983 to 1985, the factory’s output value, output, and taxes paid at a high rate increased at a rate of three years in three years.
