我厂是福建省竹、草编工艺美术品出口创汇的重点企业之一,在莆田市二轻集体系统中,独家实行全额计件工资制,取得了明显的经济效益。我厂的产品全部出口,生产按外商订货量以销定产,生产任务比较饱满,有时订货量很大,而交货期很短。在这种情况下,如采取原来的班组集体计件,个人评分计酬和计时的工资形式,就难以完成生产任务。1987年,经市、县劳动局、税务局、二轻局同意,开始实行全额计件工资制,其内容如下: 一、取消班组集体计件、个人评分计酬、计时等工资形式。重新按产品品种大类组建车间,车间再按
