利用大气等离子喷涂技术在发动机缸套上制备纳米氧化锆功能材料梯度热障涂层,用SEM、EDS等方法研究了涂层的组织形貌,并利用MML型纳米测试仪等对涂层的硬度、弹性模量、耐磨性及结合力进行了测试,结果表明:等离子喷涂粉末是由表面被纳米球粒子包覆的亚微米粒子构成,未熔化的ZrO2陶瓷粒子掺杂在涂层内部形成独特的熔合体。涂层的表面硬度为12.19 GPa,弹性模量为148.25 GPa,涂层和基体间具有较高的结合强度,耐磨性能和耐高温性能。
The thermal barrier coatings of nanometer zirconia functional materials were prepared by atmospheric plasma spraying on the engine cylinder liner. The morphology of the coating was studied by SEM and EDS. The hardness of the coating was measured by MML nanometer tester. , Elastic modulus, abrasion resistance and bonding force were tested. The results show that the plasma spraying powder consists of submicron particles whose surface is covered by nanosphere particles. The unmelted ZrO2 particles doping in the coating form a unique Of fusion. The coating has a surface hardness of 12.19 GPa, an elastic modulus of 148.25 GPa, a high bond strength, abrasion resistance and high temperature resistance between the coating and the substrate.
