一、前言一、前言目前,在一些工厂中,对于小孔的铰孔和攻丝的加工,常常采用手工操作方法,既费时又费力。尤其是对盲孔的攻丝加工,若操作不当还会折断丝锥,不仅损失了刀具,断在孔内的丝维也难似取出。为了改善工作条件,提高劳动生产率,我们采用在改装后的台钻上进行铰孔、攻丝的加工。二、传动结构台钻在我国有一百多个品种,其转速范围为460~8700r/min,在这样的转速下进行攻丝和铰孔是困难的。为此,我们决定在本校生产的Z512台钻的结构基础上进行改装。

In order to improve working conditions and improve labor productivity, we use reaming, tapping and tapping on the modified bench drill. Second, the transmission structure Bench drill in our country has more than 100 varieties, the speed range of 460 ~ 8700r / min, in this speed for tapping and reaming is difficult. For this reason, we decided to make modifications based on the structure of the Z512 bench drill produced by our school.
