济宁市区儿童发锌,发铜含量的测定

人发中的微量元素与人类的健康有密切关系。尤其是发中的锌、铜含量越来越多地被用来评价儿童微量元汇营养状况和发育状况。为此,我们对济宁市区儿童学龄前儿童发锌、发铜含量水平作了调查。1对象和方法由济宁市中区妇幼保健站儿科于1992年3月至4月对市区幼儿园、托儿所181名儿童为对象。排除各类急慢性疾病、传染病、肾病及血液病。自儿童枕部齐发际处剪下3cm长的发祥1~2克,放入纸袋备用。发样通过清洗净化、硝化等预处理后成为待测样品。以火焰原子吸收光谱法测定,同时做标准系列,所测样品吸光度与标准曲线比较,求得样品中锋、
