目的:观察黄芪、灵芝、茯苓、当归、党参、天花粉等中药多糖增强淋巴细胞免疫效应及其机制。方法:将以上中药多糖分别作用于30 例恶性肿瘤患者的淋巴细胞,采用10% CD35 单克隆抗体阻断试验,比较阻断前后淋巴细胞与补体致敏酵母菌形成的花环率。结果:在10 % CD35 单克隆抗体阻断前,淋巴细胞CR 花环率有所升高(P< 0-01) ;在阻断后,其花环率有所下降(P< 0-01)。结论:以上中药多糖对淋巴细胞膜相CR 活性有增强作用,其增强机制与淋巴细胞膜相CD35 活性有关。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of polysaccharides of traditional Chinese medicines, such as Radix Astragali, Ganoderma lucidum, Poria cocos, Angelica sinensis, Codonopsis Pilosulae, and TCS, on lymphocyte immunity and its mechanism Methods: The traditional Chinese medicine polysaccharides were applied to lymphocytes of 30 patients with malignant tumors, and 10% CD35 monoclonal antibody blocking test was used to compare the rate of rosette formed by blocking lymphocytes and complement-sensitized yeast before and after blocking. RESULTS: Before 10% CD35 monoclonal antibody was blocked, the rosette rate of lymphocyte CR increased (P < 0-01). After blocking, the rosette rate decreased (P <0-01). Conclusion: The above traditional Chinese medicine polysaccharides have an enhanced effect on the CR activity of the lymphocyte membrane phase, and its enhancement mechanism is related to the CD35 activity of the lymphocyte membrane phase.
