目的:探讨手足口病(HFMD)患儿检测心肌酶谱的临床意义。方法:收集本院儿科HFMD 64例和60例健康儿童对照检测心肌酶谱:谷草转氨酶、乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶同工酶、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶。后两项异常者,使用营养心肌治疗2周后复查,组间行t检验。结果:HFMD组心肌酶异常率明显大于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。经治疗后大部分恢复正常。结论:心肌酶谱能早期发现HFMD合并心肌损害,有助于临床诊断.
Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of detecting myocardial enzymes in children with hand-foot-mouth disease (HFMD). Methods: The myocardial enzymes of aspartate aminotransferase, lactate dehydrogenase, creatine kinase, creatine kinase and α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase were detected in 64 pediatric patients with HFMD and 60 healthy children. After the two abnormalities, the use of nutritional heart treatment 2 weeks after the review, t-test between groups. Results: The abnormal rate of myocardial enzymes in HFMD group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.01). After treatment most of the returned to normal. Conclusion: Myocardial zymogram can detect HFMD combined with myocardial damage early, which is helpful for clinical diagnosis.
