优质高产粳稻“南粳9212”的选育与利用

南粳9212是江苏省农业科学院粮食作物研究所以日本优质粳稻“关东194”为父本,与江苏高产粳稻“武粳13”杂交,经系谱法综合农艺性状选择,结合条纹叶枯病抗性基因分子标记筛选培育而成的优质高产粳稻新品种。全生育期158 d左右,比对照品种——武运粳23早3 d,株高95 cm左右,株型集散适中,群体整齐度好,生长势旺,叶色淡绿,分蘖力较强,成穗率较高,穗型较大,半直立穗,后期转色好,成熟期秆青籽黄,抗倒性较强。2012—2013年区域试验平均产量9 963 kg/hm2,比对照品种——武运粳23增产1.7%;2014年生产试验平均产量10 129.5 kg/hm2,比对照品种——武运粳23增产5.1%。有效穗数300万/hm2左右,每穗总粒数135粒左右,结实率93%左右,千粒质量在27 g左右。在抗病性方面,它抗纹枯病,中感条纹叶枯病和白叶枯病,感穗颈瘟。稻米品质经2012年农业部食品质量检测中心检测,整精米率73.6%,垩白率30%,垩白度3%,胶稠度78 mm,直链淀粉含量15.9%,达到国标三级优质稻谷标准。2015年通过江苏省品种审定,适宜在江苏省沿江及苏南地区种植。 Nanjing 9212 is a cross between Japonica rice “Guandong 194” and japonica rice “Wujing 13” with high quality japonica rice “Gujing 13” from Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The quality of rice was tested by the Food Quality Testing Center of Ministry of Agriculture in 2012. The rate of milled rice was 73.6%, the chalkiness rate was 30%, the chalkiness was 3%, the gel consistency was 78 mm and the amylose content was 15.9% .
