为降低出口“琯溪”蜜柚柑橘黑斑病的发生,适应水果企业集约化、高通量、高标准、严要求的出口生产需要,及提高植物检疫监管的有效性,应用HACCP的原理和方法,在“琯溪”蜜柚生产过程中的各个环节对影响柑橘黑斑病发生的各种危害因素进行分析,确定柑橘黑斑病检疫监管的4个关键控制点,并制定出相应的HACCP计划,落实到生产过程中的各个关键环节,在实际生产过程中实施落实,从而改变原有的检疫监管模式,出口“琯溪”蜜柚柑橘黑斑病的发生率大幅下降,果实的合格率大幅提高,检验检疫通关速度明显加快。这不仅促进厦门辖区当地出口“琯溪”蜜柚产业的发展,也为HACCP的应用开辟新的领域。
