目的:研究肺心清胶囊对肺心病脏器损伤的保护作用。方法:健康日本大耳兔56只,随机分为7组,每组8只,正常对照组(1组)输入与其它组等量的0.9%氯化钠液;肺心病模型组(2组)复制肺心病模型;肺心清胶囊高剂量组(3组)在复制肺心病模型后胃管灌入肺心清胶囊溶液1.7298g/kg/d;肺心清胶囊中剂量组(4组)在复制肺心病模型后胃管灌入肺心清胶囊溶液0.864g/kg/d;肺心清胶囊低剂量组(5组)在复制肺心病模型后胃管灌入肺心清胶囊溶液0.432g/kg/d;三七总皂苷治疗组(6组)在复制肺心病模型后静脉给予三七总皂苷50mg/kg/d;西药治疗组(7组)在复制肺心病模型后胃管灌入心痛定治疗1mg/kg/d。观察7组动物血天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CPK)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、全血粘度(高切和低切)、血浆粘度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞压积、红细胞变形指数的变化值。结果:肺心清胶囊能明显改善造模兔的全血粘度(高切和低切)、血浆粘度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞压积、红细胞变形指数;能改善心酶、肝酶、肾功的损伤;能减少细胞因子IL-6、IL-8,(P<0.01和P<0.05),能明显改善造模兔的心、肺、肝、肾损伤。结论:肺心清胶囊对肺心病脏器损伤具有多方面保护作用。
Objective: To study the protective effect of Feixinqing capsule on organ damage of pulmonary heart disease. METHODS: Fifty-six healthy Japanese rabbits were randomly divided into 7 groups with 8 rats in each group. Observed 7 groups of animals blood aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase (CPK), urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (Cr ), interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-8 (IL-8), whole blood viscosity (high and low cut), plasma viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index, hematocrit, erythrocyte deformability index Change value. RESULTS: Feixinqing capsule can significantly improve the whole blood viscosity (high and low cut), plasma viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index, hematocrit and erythrocyte deformability index of the model rabbits; it can improve the heart enzyme, liver enzyme, and renal function. Injury; can reduce the cytokines IL-6, IL-8, (P <0.01 and P <0.05), can significantly improve the heart, lung, liver, kidney injury in the modeling rabbit. Conclusion: Feixinqing capsule has multiple protective effects on organ damage of pulmonary heart disease.
