在对KPX系列配水器结构和原理了解的基础上,通过对国内外各种配水器文献的调研,指出造成KPX系列配水器投捞成功率和投捞一次成功率低的主要原因:偏心孔与堵塞器的密封结构不理想、回位簧设计欠佳、打捞杆影响凸轮。本文论证了青海油田自行研制改进的KPX偏心自调配水器结构的合理性,通过现场应用验证了投捞成功率和投捞一次成功率高的优点。
Based on the understanding of the structure and principle of KPX series water distributor, this paper points out the main reasons causing the success rate of KPX series water distributor to salvage and the low success rate of fishing once through the investigation of various domestic and international water distributor literature: eccentric hole and The sealing structure of the plug is not ideal, the return spring design is not good, the fishing rod affect the cam. This article demonstrates the rationality of the improved KPX eccentric self-adjusting water distributor structure developed by Qinghai Oilfield. The successful application of the KPX eccentric self-adjusting water distributor has been verified through on-site application.
