同工酶技术在林木遗传育种中的应用,近年来已得到迅速发展,利甩同工酶研究林木遗传资源、林木群体的遗传变异,在国内外已有不少报道。为此,我们收集了11个产地的河北杨,进行了过氧化物酶同工酶的研究,从而了解不同产地之间的河北杨在遗传上的差异,探索它们之间的亲缘关系,为该树种的遗传资源研究、利用和改良提供依据。材料与方法1.供试材料:为西北地区11个产地的河北杨,即陕西的靖边、神木、佳县、横山、清涧和吴旗;宁夏的西吉;甘肃的皋兰和临夏;青海的西宁和民和。材料采自西北林学院试验苗圃内一年生平茬苗的成熟新鲜叶
