目的通过对临床路径的应用，探讨临床路径对电子病历管理的新思路和具体措施。方法阐述了临床路径的基础架构、功能模块和对电子病历的管理模式设计。结果用临床路径对电子病历系统的管理和控制有利于提高临床管理质量，规范临床医疗行为。结论临床路径的应用是以患者为中心的管理办法，对降低平均住院天数、医疗费用、提高医疗质量、促进医疗管理水平的提高等方面具有良好的应用前景。“,”Objective Through the application of clinical pathway,to explore a clinical pathway for new ideas and measures of the electronic medical record management.Methods Expounds the infrastructure and function modules of clinical pathway and the design of the management mode of electronic medical records.Results Clinical pathway management and control of electronic medical record system is helpful to improve the quality of clinical management, standardize the clinical medical practice. Conclusion The application of clinical pathway is management measures of the patients as the center,to reduce the average hospitalization days, medical cost,raise health care's quality and promote the improvement of medical management has a good application prospect.
