输卵管两端结扎切除绝育术是一种简便有效的方法。本人于1984年对500例育龄妇女采用了输卵管两端结扎切除绝育术,其中浙江省瑞安县122例,苍南县378例,经2～10年随访只有一例再孕外,无其他远期并发症,本文将本术式作一回顾分析。 临床资料 1.对象:以农村妇女为主共500例,年龄不超过38周岁,胎次均是3胎以上,其中已孕做结扎术12例。 2.手术方法:手术的适应症、禁忌症、术前准备 Tubal sterilization at both ends of the ligation is a simple and effective method.
