本文采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对内蒙古典型草原6个不同地理位置及生态环境下的克氏针茅(StipsKryloviiRoshev.)种群进行了过氧化物酶同工酶研究。通过对酶谱的Rf值和相似系数的比较分析,作者认为,不同地理位置和生态条件对克氏针茅的过氧化物酶同工酶有影响,并在酶谱上表现出一定的差异性,但这种差异较小。全面比较所有酶带的差异程度,各样地间的相似系数值均大于84%,说明克氏针茅种群的种内分化较小,它们的遗传资源是相对稳定的。
In this paper, polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used to study the peroxidase isozymes of Stips Krylovii Roshev. Population in six different geographical locations and ecological environment in typical steppe of Inner Mongolia. By comparing and analyzing the Rf value and similarity coefficient of the enzyme spectrum, the author believes that different geographical locations and ecological conditions have an impact on the peroxidase isozyme of Stipa krylovii and there are certain differences in the enzyme spectrum , But this difference is smaller. The degree of difference of all the enzyme bands was compared in an all-round way. The similarity coefficients of all the samples were more than 84%, which indicated that the intraspecific differentiation of S. korshinskii populations was relatively small and their genetic resources were relatively stable.
