本文对四川省建国以来至1986年间的矽肺进行了发病现状及规律的凋查研究。四川省累积矽肺病例17930例,其中现患12924例,死亡5006例。矽肺主要分布在工业发达的重庆、内江、达县、宜宾、成都等地(市)。冶金、煤炭行业的矽肺在全省尘肺总数中占37.14％。矽肺患才病死率为27.92％,结核合并率为31.00％。矽肺新诊、现患、死亡病例均随年代推移呈上升趋势。在本调查的基础上提出了控制矽肺发生的建议。
In this paper, the pathogenesis and regularity of silicosis in Sichuan Province since the founding of the People’s Republic of China from 1986 to 1986 were investigated. There are 17930 cases of silicosis accumulated in Sichuan Province, of which 12924 are present and 5006 are dead. Silicosis is mainly distributed in the industrialized Chongqing, Neijiang, Daxian, Yibin, Chengdu and other places (cities). Silicosis in the metallurgy and coal industries accounted for 37.14% of the total number of pneumoconiosis in the province. Silicosis patients had a mortality rate of 27.92% and a tuberculosis rate of 31.00%. The new diagnosis of silicosis, prevalence and deaths are on the rise over the years showed an upward trend. Based on the survey, we put forward suggestions for controlling the occurrence of silicosis.
