音乐不只以说教方式来授教,更多的时候通过熏陶及感染的途径,潜移默化地影响学生的心灵,并达到陶冶情操的作用。当今,时代在变化,社会在进步,随着科技的飞速发展,今天的学生审美观念和课堂要求不同过去,因此,做为一名校长,一定要通过浏览电脑、报纸、刊物等途径深入了解众多文化课压力的中学生——他们在渴望什么?在说什么?他们的呼吁是否对社会的发展有推动作用,是否帮助学校这所连接社会、家庭、个人的机构能够真正发挥其桥梁作用。
