[目的]探讨慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者外周血中单核细胞血红蛋白清道夫受体(CD163) 、血清糖类抗原125(CA125) 、生长分化因子‐15(GDF‐15)的变化及其意义.[方法]选取2017年3月至2018年5月本院收治的140例CHF患者(观察组) ,并选取同期于本院体检的健康志愿者70例(对照组) .比较两组外周血CD163 、血清CA125 、GDF‐15及心功能指标左室舒张末期内经(LVEDD) 、左室射血分数(LVEF) 、左室前后径(LAD ) 、左室相对室壁厚度(RWT ) .[结果]观察组外周血CD163 ,血清CA125 、GDF‐15水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P <0 .05) .观察组LVEDD 、LAD显著高于对照组,LVEF 、RWT显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P <0 .05) . CHF患者外周血CD163 、血清CA125 、GDF‐15水平与LVEF值均呈显著负相关( rCD163 = -0 .729 ,rCA125= -0 .638 ,rGDF‐15= -0 .552 ,均 P <0 .05) .[结论]CHF患者外周血CD163 ,血清CA125 、GDF‐15水平增高显著,且与LVEF值均呈显著负相关.“,”To investigate the changes and significance of monocyte scavenger receptor (CD163) ,serum carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125) and growth differentiation factor‐15 (GDF‐15) in peripheral blood of patients with chronic heart failure (CHF).[Methods]A total of 140 patients with CHF diagnosed in our hospital (the CHF group) from March 2017 to May 2018 and 70 healthy volunteers (the control group) from the same period were selected for the study .The levels of peripheral blood CD163 ,serum CA125 and GDF‐15 were compared between the two groups .Cardiac function indicators :left ventricular end‐diastolic (LVEDD) ,left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) ,left ventricular an‐teroposterior diameter (LAD) ,left ventricular relative wall thickness (RWT) were compared as well .[Results]The levels of CD163 ,serum CA125 and GDF‐15 in peripheral blood of patients with CHF were significantly higher than those of the control group ( P <0.05).The LVEDD and LAD in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group ,while the LVEF and RWT were significantly lower than those in the control group ;And the differences were statistically significant ( P <0.05).The value of LVEF was negatively correlated with levels of serum CD 163 , CA125 and GDF‐15 in patients with CHF ( rCD163 = -0.729 ,rCA125 = -0.638 ,rGDF‐15 = -0.552 ,P <0.05).[Conclu‐sion]The levels of serum CD163 ,CA125 and GDF‐15 in patients with chronic heart failure were significantly increased . The increase was significantly negatively correlated with LVEF values .
