采用自建动态酯化反应实验装置,研究了以负载型磷钨杂多酸作为催化剂合成己二酸二异辛酯的酯化反应体系。根据多种不同载体负载的催化剂的活性和寿命。筛选出一种较为理想的硅胶负载型磷钨杂多酸催化剂。该催化剂在反应条件下,反应1h,转化率达97%。借助程序升温分解(TPDE)、吸附吡啶后的程序升温分解(PyTPDE)及红外(IR)等手段,对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,硅胶负载型磷钨杂多酸中的结晶水受到本体的强烈诱导,可产生较强的B酸中心,从而对反应具有较高的催化活性;催化剂结晶水不受使用次数的影响,使得催化剂具有稳定的结构,因而具有较长的使用寿命。
The esterification reaction system of diisooctyl adipate was studied by using the self-built dynamic esterification reaction device. Catalyst activity and longevity based on a variety of different supported supports. Screening out a more ideal silica-supported heteropolyphosphatite catalyst. The catalyst under the reaction conditions, the reaction 1h, the conversion rate of 97%. The catalysts were characterized by pyrolysis of pyrolysis (PyTPTP), pyrolysis of pyridine (PyTPTP) and infrared (IR). The results showed that the crystal water in silica-supported phosphotungstic heteropolyacids was strongly induced by the bulk and could produce a strong B acid center and thus had a high catalytic activity for the reaction. The water of crystallization of the catalyst was not affected by the number of uses, So that the catalyst has a stable structure, and thus has a longer service life.
