技术创新网络中企业间关系的不稳定严重削弱创新输出。本文研究技术创新网络惯例不同维度通过信任对关系稳定的影响,并利用逐步多元回归分析法对290家样本企业的调查数据进行实证检验。研究结论表明:技术创新网络中,合作创新行为默契正向影响关系稳定,适度的创新网络规范共识促进了企业间的关系稳定;合作创新行为默契有利于情感信任的提高,创新网络规范共识有利于信任水平的提高;信任在技术创新网络惯例与关系稳定中起到部分中介作用。
The instability in the relationships among firms in the technology innovation network severely undermines the innovation output. This paper studies the influence of trust on the relationship stability in different dimensions of technological innovation network practice, and uses the stepwise multiple regression analysis to test the survey data of 290 sample companies. The conclusion of the research shows that tacit cooperation has positive impact on the cooperative innovation behavior and the moderate consensus on innovation network promotes the stability of the relationship among enterprises. The tacit cooperation of cooperative innovation helps to improve the emotional trust, Increased trust levels; trust plays a partial intermediary role in the practices and relationships of technological innovation networks.
