1991年在洛阳市郊区和鲁山县种植的大白菜上新发现两种叶斑病,在部分品种、部分地块发生危害。经中国农科院植保研究所细菌研究室孙福在先生及全国植保总站防治处高级农艺师易齐在洛阳市郊田间实地考察,一致定为大白菜细菌性叶斑病(Pseudo-monas cichorii(Swiggte.stapp1928)。鲁山县将田间采样送包头市农科所高级农艺师
Two leaf spot diseases were newly discovered in Chinese cabbage planted in the outskirts of Luoyang City and Lushan County in 1991, which was harmful to some varieties and some plots. The Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Phytosanitary Research Institute of Bacteriological Research Mr. Sun Fu Zai and the National Plant Protection Station Prevention and Control Division senior agronomist Yi Qi in the suburbs of Luoyang field visits, unanimously identified as cabbage bacterial leaf spot (Pseudo-monas cichorii (Swiggte .stapp1928).
