目的:观察为老年人大规模接种23价多糖肺炎球菌疫苗后的安全性。方法:通过主动监测和被动监测两种方式对宝山区接种过23价多糖肺炎球菌疫苗的老年人进行不良反应的观察,记录所发生的局部反应和全身反应。结果:主动监测不良反应发生率17.35%,被动监测不良反应报告发生率86.64/10万。发生的预防接种反应主要为一般反应,并以局部反应为主,且持续时间不长,预后良好,无罕见严重不良反应发生。结论:大规模为老年人接种23价肺炎球菌多糖疫苗安全性良好。
Objective: To observe the safety of large-scale vaccination of 23-valent polysaccharide pneumococcal vaccine for the elderly. Methods: Active surveillance and passive surveillance were used to observe the adverse reactions in Baoshan District inoculated with 23-valent polysaccharide pneumococcal vaccine in elderly patients. The local reactions and systemic reactions were recorded. Results: The rate of ADR was 17.35% and that of passive monitoring was 86.64 / 100000. Occurrence of vaccination response is generally the general response, and to local reactions, and the duration is not long, the prognosis is good, no serious adverse reactions occur rare. Conclusion: Large-scale vaccination of 23-valent pneumococcal polysaccharide vaccine for the elderly is safe.
