英国帝国理工学院日前发布的一项新研究显示,微小的黄金纳米粒子能提升癌症化疗的效果,并降低化疗对病患的副作用。黄金纳米粒子,是黄金的纳米级颗粒,可用于医学成像技术、肿瘤检测等。帝国理工学院下设的国家心肺研究所研究人员发现,黄金纳米粒子很容易被人体癌细胞吸收。研究人员为这种粒子包上一层化疗药物后,就可以把它们作为“运输工具”准确地将化疗药物投放到癌细胞上。
A new study released by the Imperial College London recently showed that tiny gold nanoparticles can enhance the efficacy of cancer chemotherapy and reduce the side effects of chemotherapy on patients. Gold nanoparticles, gold nanoparticles, can be used for medical imaging, tumor detection. Imperial Institute of Technology under the National Institute of Cardiopulmonary researchers found that gold nanoparticles are easily absorbed by human cancer cells. Once the particles have been coated with chemotherapeutic drugs, researchers can use them as “vehicles” to accurately deliver chemotherapeutic drugs to cancer cells.
