城市化与教育之间存在着良好的互动,在城市化迅猛发展的同时,农村教育发展也不容忽视。农村教育不仅关系到农民素质的提高,相反也制约着城市化的进程。分析了河南省城市化背景下,农村基础教育发展现状及存在问题。研究结果表明:当前城市化进程中的农村基础教育普遍存在着文盲人口较多、教育设施落后、师资与教育经费投入不足等问题。针对这些问题提出对策和建议,以促进河南省城市化与农村教育同步健康发展。
There is a good interaction between urbanization and education. With the rapid urbanization, the development of rural education should not be overlooked. Rural education is not only related to the improvement of the quality of peasants, but also restricts the process of urbanization. This paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of rural basic education under the background of urbanization in Henan Province. The results show that: in the process of urbanization, there are many problems such as the illiterate population, the backward educational facilities and the insufficient investment of teachers and education in rural basic education. In response to these problems, suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to promote the simultaneous and healthy development of urbanization and rural education in Henan Province.
