Yolk antibody technology (IgY technology) is becoming a new hot spot in the field of biotechnology and medical research, and is getting more and more attention from domestic colleagues. IgY is more suitable for the production of specific antibodies because of its chemical stability, high yield, low cost, and the phylogenetic distance between animal strains. It has the potential to develop functional foods and new drugs.
