When discussing the history of the oceans in most modern history, most historians of modern history are often concerned with the problems of Chinese and foreign unequal treaties and their contents, the relationship between the ports of foreign trade and commerce that are forced to open in China and the trade between China and foreign countries, and the occurrence in recent history Several well-known Chinese and foreign naval operations in the sea area near China. The topics of concern to this paper differ greatly from these traditional perspectives, with the point of view being a neglected maritime unlawful activity covering the seas near China from the Opium War to the Second World War Piracy incident and its associated illegal organization activities. During this period, the steam steamer invented by the West was first introduced into the waters of China and gradually became an important navigational tool in the sea area near China. As a result, there was a great change in the maritime lawless activities in China’s maritime areas. Members involved in illegal activities, not only men, but also a large number of women, subverts the Western stereotypes of the mysterious oriental women. “Lady Long ” influence so far, became the representative of the Eastern women’s power generation.
