自从我们国家实施改革开放以来,我国的社会生产中又重新充满了活力。一方面国家放宽了市场准入原则,改变了计划经济体制,开始采用社会主义市场经济体制,另一方面人民群众的生活水平不断提高,所以相应的物质需求也在不断增加,这两个方面的原因导致我们国家市场中企业的数量急剧增加。而随着企业数量的增加,市场竞争也越来越激烈,如何在市场竞争中生存下来成为了每一个企业都思考的问题。各个企业都对自己的生产进行改革以期在市场中占据优势,改革的方面无非就是这几种,减少成本,提高生产效率等等。其中生产效率的提高需要先进生产技术水平,而因为我们国家科技水平发展还不是很好,所以很多企业都在达到这一点上比较困难,于是我国大多数企业都将注意力放在减少生产成本上,生产成本降低之后,企业能够获得的利益空间就会变大,所以控制生产成本对企业的发展而言有着重要的意义。石油是我们国家重要的战略资源,所以石油企业的发展也是我们国家关注的重点。要想控制石油企业的生产成本,就要控制它物资的采购成本,这样才能提高石油企业的盈利,进而促进我们国家经济的发展。这篇文章中就针对怎样控制石油企业的物资采购成本进行了研究探讨。
