本文研究了三年生毛蟹品种吸收根的活力及其与相关因子的关系,营养条件对根系活力和新梢生育的关系,结果表明:在新梢的“生长—休止—生长”的循环过程中,根系活力相应地出现“低—高—低”的变化。根系活力与过氧化物酶、多酚氧化酶及可溶性糖总量均呈极显著正相关。根系活力与留叶量、根系中儿茶素及氨基酸总量呈显著正相关。在施用肥料氮、磷、钾的条件下,时差根系活力与新梢产量呈高度正相关,氮、磷、钾三要素配合使用或氮磷、氮钾、磷钾配合使用能显著提高根系活力及茶叶产量品质。长期单施氮肥、磷肥或钾肥,都会显著地降低时差根系活力和新梢产量。 In this paper, the vigor of root absorption of three-year-old hairy crab and its relationship with related factors were studied. The relationship between nutrient conditions and root vigor and shoot growth was studied. The results showed that during the cycle of “growth-pause-growth” Corresponding to the root activity “low - high - low” changes. There was a significant positive correlation between root vitality and the total amount of peroxidase, polyphenol oxidase and soluble sugar. There was a significant positive correlation between root vigor and leaf retention, root catechins and total amino acids. Under the conditions of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizers, root activity and shoot yield were highly positively correlated with nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium or with nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, phosphorus and potassium can significantly increase root activity and Tea yield quality. Long-term single application of nitrogen fertilizer, phosphate fertilizer or potassium fertilizer, will significantly reduce the time difference root activity and shoot yield.
