传统吊装机具维护起来很复杂,不仅要检查各个零部件的磨损情况,进行必要的润滑保养,还要对磨损超过10%的各部件进行更换。在散货卸船过程中,常采用门座起重机抓取货物。当舱内货物被抓取到一定程度时,门座起重机便不能顺利抓取货物。为了抓取剩余货物,需要用门座起重机将装载机或挖掘机吊装到舱内,将货物进行堆积。采用传统吊具吊装装载机或挖掘机时,存在使用成本高、安全隐患高、适用范围窄以及拆装与维护复杂等问题,为了解决这些问题,我们开发出一种新型吊具。
