建筑施工中,为了排出基坑和基槽里的积水,我单位利用建筑工地上广为使用的HZ_6-50型、ZX-50型插入式混凝土振捣器的软轴和电动机改制成了一种简易软轴潜水泵,经多年来的使用看,效果良好。在克服由于水通过叶轮轴从软轴渗进电动机而烧坏电动机上,采用了必要的措施,具体方法是,在叶轮轴上加了两个V型橡胶密封圈和两道支承环,并在泵体内壁上开了一道环槽,叶轮上留了一个与环槽同样大小的圆环,使叶轮上的圆环嵌入泵体上的环槽里,这样水就不会再通过软轴渗进电动机而将电动机烧坏。该泵经实际测验:排水量约为15～20米~3/时,扬程约为15米/1.1千瓦,而且结构紧凑,制作简单,维修和转移方便,体积小,几何尺寸为195×165×140毫米,重量轻,约为5千克左右,价格低,每台造价约为40元,
