普遍二孩政策正式实施后,原本供不应求的月嫂市场持续升温。由此引发一系列社会问题,使得普遍二孩政策背景下的月嫂市场现状成为公众热议的焦点。为探究当前月嫂市场状况,尤其是服务质量与持续增长的薪资水平是否相匹配的问题,本文在对广州市天河南街道地区进行实地调研和问卷调查的基础上,对调查结果进行了数据分析。并根据《GB/T 31771-2015母婴生活护理服务质量规范》构建了月嫂服务质量评价模型,以期更科学地、准确地对月嫂服务质量水平进行评价。结果显示,当前广州市天河南街道地区月嫂服务质量总得分为3.3169,处于评价等级“一般”和“比较满意”之间,说明当前月嫂行业平均服务质量欠佳。最后,针对月嫂行业存在的问题,本文从政府、妇联、家政服务业协会、家政公司以及月嫂5个角度分别提出建议,希望为月嫂市场的发展提供借鉴意义。
After the formal implementation of the second child policy, the Yuesao market, which was in short supply, continued to heat up. This triggered a series of social problems, making the Yuesao market status under the universal two-child policy a hot issue for the public. In order to explore the current Yuesao market conditions, especially the quality of service and the continuous growth of the salary level to match the problem, this article in Guangzhou Tianhe South Street area on the basis of field surveys and questionnaires, the survey data were analyzed . According to “GB / T 31771-2015 quality of life care services for maternal and child care,” Yuesao quality of service evaluation model is constructed to more scientifically and accurately Yuesao service quality level evaluation. The results show that the current Guangzhou Tianhe South Street area Yuesao total quality of service is 3.3169, in the evaluation level “general ” and “more satisfied ”, indicating the current Yuesao industry average service quality is poor. Finally, in view of the problems existing in the Yuesao industry, this article puts forward suggestions respectively from the perspectives of the government, women’s federation, domestic service industry associations, domestic companies and Yuesao, hoping to provide reference for the development of Yuesao market.
