文章阐述了当前公安机关内部监督力量现状及监督工作存在的问题,提出改革内部监督机制要更新执法监督观念;构建内部“大监督”格局;明确监督体制,制定完善内部监督运行程序;多措并举,发挥系统内部监督的职能优势;建立内部监督干部动态工作运行机制,实现内部监督与公安队伍建设双向促进的良性循环。
The article expounds the status quo of the internal supervision power of the public security organs and the problems existing in the supervision work. It proposes that the internal supervision mechanism should be reformed to update the concept of law enforcement supervision. The internal supervision system should be established, the supervision system should be clearly defined and the procedures of internal supervision should be established. We should give full play to the functional advantages of the internal supervision of the system. We should establish a mechanism for the internal supervision of cadres in their dynamic work so as to achieve a virtuous circle of mutual promotion between internal supervision and contingent building of public security forces.
