以上海大众 1.8L 2VQS发动机为对象 ,通过计算手段研究了LPG顺序喷射 (SGI)系统发动机的有关性能 ,并与原多点喷射汽油机的特性进行了对比。计算表明 ,发动机采用LPG—SGI系统后 ,其充气效率大约下降了5 % ,发动机的外特性扭矩有所降低 ,但对正常的行驶 (12 0km/h以下 )影响很小。
Taking Shanghai Volkswagen 1.8L 2VQS engine as an example, the relative performance of the LPG Sequential Injection (SGI) system engine was studied by means of calculation and compared with that of the original multi-point injection gasoline engine. The calculation shows that the engine’s LPG-SGI system reduces the charge efficiency by about 5%, reduces the external torque of the engine, but has little effect on normal driving (below 12 km / h).
