下降液膜在第3代压水堆核电站(如AP1000)中具有重要应用,同时它也广泛应用于多种工业设备和工业过程之中。流动不稳定性是下降液膜流动最重要的特点。该文运用阴影成像法实验研究了下降液膜的流动不稳定性,获得了液膜在不同下降倾角β下的流动图像,分析了液膜扰动波各流动参数之间的关系以及它们对于液膜流动不稳定性的影响。结果表明:对于波长而言,下降倾角的影响远大于雷诺数Re;前后波的融合是下降液膜产生流动不稳定性的重要原因;液膜流动具有区域分布的特点,Re对其具有较大的影响。
