竞争,企业刚性的一面,没有竞争能力,就像没有进攻的利器;合作,企业柔性的一面,有时候,剑拔弩张却及不上以柔克刚。印刷企业之间的关系一直是业界讨论的热点话题。在各种公开或私人的场合,我们不难看到老板们一团和气地说笑。不过这种浅层的关系还远谈不上是一种战略上、经营模式上有意识的合作。随着近些年竞争的日益激烈,印刷企业间的关系也越来越以恶性竞争为主流。一种开放的、合作的行业空气还没有在印刷行业形成。新形势下印刷行业企业间关系面临着转变,对合纵、联横、合作、竞争的抉择,不同的道路承载了不同的竞争理念。
Competition, the rigid side of an enterprise, the lack of competitiveness, is like a weapon without aggression; the side of cooperation and enterprise flexibility, and sometimes it is impossible to get rid of soft bully.
