我国的“生产制造型”企业伴随着国民经济的发展而快速崛起,在促进市场竞争、增加就业机会和保持社会稳定等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。但众多中小企业由于业务单一、技术薄弱、管理缺位、融资困难,在市场竞争中往往处于弱势地位,这也制约了发展速度。本文分析了“生产制造型”企业战略管理内涵及其影响因素及其资源构成,进而对新形势下企业战略管理存在的问题进行了简要的阐释,在此基础上,系统的研究了企业战略的一系列决定因素,并提出了相关对策和思考。
China’s “manufacturing-oriented” enterprises have risen rapidly with the development of the national economy and play an increasingly important role in promoting market competition, increasing employment opportunities and maintaining social stability. However, because of the single business, weak technology, lack of management and financing difficulties, many SMEs are often in a weak position in market competition, which also restricts the pace of development. This paper analyzes the connotation, influential factors and resources of “manufacturing ” enterprise strategic management, and then gives a brief explanation of the problems existing in the strategic management of enterprises under the new situation. On this basis, Strategy of a series of determinants, and put forward the countermeasures and thinking.
