电子阅览室是指以计算机技术、网络通信技术为基础,集电子型文献(如磁盘、光盘、网络服务等)阅览、咨询、培训、服务为一体的现代化多功能阅览室。内蒙古师范大学图书馆电子阅览室2004年11月成立至今已有5年,笔者一直在电子阅览室工作。对电子阅览室工作很有经验、心得、体会和思考。本文将结合全国其他高校电子阅览室发展大趋势,来讨论一下本校电子阅览室的产生、发展、功能、现状、以及对以后发展趋势的思考和探索。
The electronic reading room is a modern multi-functional reading room integrating reading, consulting, training and service of electronic documents (such as disk, CD-ROM and network service) based on computer technology and network communication technology. Inner Mongolia Normal University Library electronic reading room in November 2004 has been established for 5 years, I have been working in the electronic reading room.
