月季切花采后瓶插时的微生物发生以细菌、霉菌为主,放线菌未检出。细菌繁殖速度最快,瓶插前三天细菌检出量呈对数增长,霉菌数量虽少但体形较大,均易造成切花茎切口处的导管堵塞。切花在无菌水和自来水中微生物发生相近。杀菌剂8-羟基喹啉(8-HQ)有抑菌作用,浓度为100mg/L杀菌效果显著。杀菌剂处理还能明显增强花枝的吸水能力,降低蒸腾作用,延长瓶插寿命,同时使叶片过氧化氢酶和SOD酶活性分别提高15.6%和63.4%。
