跳汰试验是在印度伯尔苏尔(Barsua)铁矿公司(BIM)选矿厂现有工业性跳汰机上进行的。在跳汰设备主要操作条件下加入一种化学添加剂。在这项试验之前曾进行了试验室试验。本次试验补充了定性依据,可证明添加剂在跳汰作业中的效能优于其在其它常规选矿设备如分级机上的效能。根据给矿中氧化铝的排出量及精矿中氧化铝与铁的比值的下降量,对试验结果进行了讨论。当给矿中Al_2O_3/Fe比值增大时,与普通水冲洗相比,加添加剂的效能更加明显。对回收流失于尾矿中的铁分的可能性进行了探讨。
The jigging test was carried out on the existing industrial jig at the Bumi concentrator in India. Add a chemical additive to the main operating conditions of the jigging equipment. A laboratory test was conducted before this test. This test complements the qualitative evidence that the additive is more effective in jogging than it does on other conventional beneficiation equipment such as classifiers. The test results are discussed based on the alumina output from the ore and the decrease in the ratio of alumina to iron in the concentrate. When the ratio of Al_2O_3 / Fe is increased, the efficiency of adding additives is more obvious than that of ordinary water. The possibility of recovering the iron lost in the tailings was explored.
