The aim of this experiment was to study the effect of antimicrobial peptides on growth performance, body index and muscle nutrition of carp species. 300 carp fingerlings were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups with 3 replicates per group and 20 replicates per replicate. Antimicrobial peptides (0, 100, 200, 400 and 600 mg / kg) were added to basal diet for 60 days. The mean weight, weight gain rate, specific growth rate, feedstuff coefficient, fatness, body index and muscle nutrition were measured. The results showed that the average weight-specific and specific growth rate of the carp feed at the concentration of 100, 200 and 400 mg / kg were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05) (P <0.05). The feedstuff coefficient was significantly lower than that of the control group and 600 mg / kg group (P <0.05). The content of antimicrobial peptide increased with the increase of antimicrobial peptide (P <0.05). In the 400 mg / kg antimicrobial peptide group, the changes of the protein, protein and protein in the muscle of the 400 μg / kg antibacterial peptide group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The calcium content in muscle of 600 mg / kg group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05). The content of phosphorus in 200, 400 and 600 mg / kg antibacterial peptide group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in muscle moisture, crude fat and ash content between groups (P> 0.05). Comprehensive analysis, in the carp basic feed to add the appropriate amount of antimicrobial peptides can improve the growth performance of carp species, is conducive to the deposition of muscle protein and calcium and phosphorus.
