本文报道利凡诺对小鼠S—180实体瘤生长的影响。经研究发现利凡诺高(45mg/kg-1·d-1)、中(30mg/kg-1·d-1)、低(15mg/kg-1·d-1)剂量组瘤重抑制率分别为47.5%、29.75%和—23.14%,高剂量组和阳性药组平均瘤重明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。阳性药(氟尿嘧啶,15mg/kg-1·d-1)组瘤重抑制率为52.07%。采用高剂量利凡诺重复试验三次;疗效稳定,瘤重抑制率分别为51.22%、47.11%和51.38%,平均瘤重均低于各自对照组(p<0.05)。结果表明该药对小鼠S—180实体瘤的生长有较明显的抑制作用。
This article reports the effect of rivanol on the growth of S-180 solid tumors in mice. The study found that the tumor weight inhibition rate of rivanol high (45mg/kg-1 ·d-1), medium (30mg/kg-1 · d-1), low (15mg/kg-1 · d-1) dose group They were 47.5%, 29.75%, and -23.14%, respectively. The average tumor weights in the high-dose group and the positive group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).
