本文在分析讨论了摩擦型切削颤振机理的基础上,着重研究了摩擦型切削颤振的诊断原理和诊断方法。理论分析和试验结果都证明,切削加工中产生的颤振是否属于摩擦型切削颤振,可用切削力相对于切削速度的变化率k_p作为诊断参数来加以判别。本文通过大量试验发现,摩擦型切削颤振的振动频率并不总在1000H_z以上。文章最后还讨论了影响k_p的因素。
Based on the analysis and discussion of the friction-type chattering mechanism, this paper focuses on the diagnostic principle and diagnostic method of friction-type chatter vibration. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that whether the flutter generated in the cutting process belongs to the friction type chatter flutter can be judged by using the rate of change of the cutting force relative to the cutting speed k_p as the diagnostic parameter. This paper through a large number of tests found that the vibration frequency of friction-type cutting flutter is not always above 1000H_z. Finally, the article also discusses the factors that affect k_p.
