随着我国经济社会的快速发展,关系国计民生的水利工程项目也越来越多的被开发建设,在水利工程项目建设方面我国取得了举世瞩目的成就,以三峡大坝工程为代表,彰显了我国雄厚的建设能力和经济实力。然而,由于我国在水利工程项目的风险管理方面起步较晚,对比发达国家风险防范还做到不到位,致使诸多的水利项目,由于人为或者自然因素造成了项目风险,给国家和人民造成重大的经济损失,本文通过分析当前我国水利工程项目风险管理的现状,给出水利工程项目防范的思路,为保障我国在水利建设方面进一步发展贡献力量。
With the rapid economic and social development in our country, more and more water conservancy projects related to the national economy and the people’s livelihood have also been developed and constructed. However, due to the late start of the risk management of water conservancy projects in our country, the comparison of risk prevention in developed countries is still inadequate. As a result, many water conservancy projects cause project risks due to man-made or natural factors, causing great problems to the country and the people Economic loss, this paper analyzes the current status of risk management in China’s water conservancy project, gives the train of thought to prevent water conservancy projects, in order to protect our country in the water conservancy construction to further contribute to the development.
