在已确定N_2—CCl_4复合引入及定量供给方法的基础上,首先,在实验室条件下,用正交试验设计法研试了单管喷吹N_2—CCl_4复合净化铝液的效果:在铝液温度一定的情况下,试验了N_2流量,CCl_4流量及净化时间三因子对净化效果的影响,找出了复合净化铝液的最佳工艺参数;然后,在用电炉熔铝的生产条件下,对比了本项新工艺与其他相关工艺的净化效果;最后,对本项新工艺的工艺成本和工作环境做了考察.研究结果表明,该项新工艺简便易行、成本低廉,车间的劳动卫生条件也大为改观.
