本研究通过大量试验,探讨了对流式强酸氢离子交换的特点和转入稳定工况前的过渡过程,并在此基础上提出一个以使用电子计算机计算为主求其工艺性能的方法。它的主要原理是,首先根据离子交换平衡和离子交换动力学等理论导出计算残余交换容量的公式。然后,在对再生过程进行统计分析的基础上对过渡过程作模拟计算并求出稳定工况下的洗脱率。最后,由洗脱率和残余交换容量求出工作交换容量和比耗。
In this study, through a large number of experiments, the characteristics of convection strong hydrogen ion exchange and the transition process before stable conditions were discussed, and on this basis, a method for calculating the process performance using electronic computer calculation was proposed. Its main principle is to first derive the formula for calculating the residual exchange capacity based on ion exchange equilibrium and ion exchange kinetics theory. Then, based on the statistical analysis of the regeneration process, the transition process was simulated and the elution rate was determined under stable conditions. Finally, the working exchange capacity and specific consumption are determined from the elution rate and the residual exchange capacity.
