重点研究了温度和时间因素对Ti3Al基体/NiCrAlY涂层体系界面反应行为的影响。用阴极电弧离子镀方法在Ti3Al基体上涂镀NiCrAlY合金涂层,然后在各种不同温度和时间下对试样进行真空扩散热处理。通过对试样截面的SEM观察和EDS、EMPA、XRD成分分析发现:温度对界面反应的影响存在转折点,在870℃以上进行热处理,界面呈现出典型的固态反应行为;在不同的温度区域界面反应的控制因素有差异;考察时间对界面反应的影响发现,反应内外层的控制因素不同。
The influence of temperature and time on the interfacial reaction behavior of Ti3Al matrix / NiCrAlY coating was investigated. Cathode arc ion plating method is used to coat NiCrAlY alloy coating on Ti3Al substrate, then vacuum diffusive heat treatment is carried out on samples under different temperature and time. The results of SEM, EDS, EMPA and XRD showed that there was a turning point in the influence of temperature on the interfacial reaction. When the temperature was above 870 ℃, the interface showed a typical solid state reaction behavior. The interfacial reaction in different temperature range There are differences in the control factors; the influence of the time on the interfacial reaction shows that the control factors of the inner and outer layers are different.
