随着人民对出行安全的高要求,车辆的安全系数成为了研发、工艺、质量人员关注焦点。人们的出行安全系数和动车的安全质量也成为人们关注的热点。CRH5型动车组近些年已经发展的技术成熟、稳定性强的车型。我国CRH5型动车组的传动系统的作用是动力传输,它的牵引传动装置与其他高速动车组传动系统是有很大区别的。CRH5型动车组牵引传动系统由万向轴、齿轮箱、牵引电机这三大重要部分组成,执行原理是动车组的万向轴与齿轮箱将牵引电机产生的牵引力传导至车轮上形成牵引作用。本文详细的介绍了CRH5型动车组牵引传动装置的结构特点以及牵引传动系统的技术特点及与其他车型的区别,并且探讨了牵引传动系统可能出现的故障以及基本预防措施。
With people’s high demand for travel safety, vehicle safety factor has become the focus of research and development, technology, quality personnel. People’s travel safety factor and the safety and quality of the moving car have also become the focus of attention. CRH5 EMU has developed in recent years, mature technology, strong stability models. China CRH5 EMU transmission system is the role of power transmission, traction drive and its other high-speed EMU transmission system is very different. CRH5 EMU traction drive system consists of universal shaft, gearbox, traction motor of the three major components, the implementation principle is the universal unit of the EMU and gearbox traction motor traction generated by the transmission to the wheel to form traction. This paper introduces the structural characteristics of CRH5 traction drive unit and the technical characteristics of the traction drive system and the difference with other models. It also discusses the possible faults and basic preventive measures of the traction drive system.
