本文采用流行病学方法及神经行为学检查方法之一的复杂视觉运动反应时对63名接触脉冲噪声的工人进行了检查,发现工人工作日每天8小时接触脉冲噪声峰值声压级为96~125dB、脉冲次数为3420~8110次情况下,出现了头痛、头昏、耳鸣、失眠、多梦、心悸等神经衰弱症状,以及复杂视觉运动平均反应时间明显延长。结果提示脉冲噪声接触工人中枢神经系统功能状态出现了改变,复杂视觉运动反应时可作为评价脉冲噪声对中枢神经系统功能状态影响的客观指标。
In this paper, we use 63 epidemiological methods and neurobehavioral tests of complex visual motor response of workers exposed to impulse noise was examined and found that workers working day 8 hours a day impulse noise peak sound pressure level of 96 ~ 125dB , The number of pulses is 3420 ~ 8110 times, headache, dizziness, tinnitus, insomnia, dreams, palpitations and other symptoms of neurasthenia, and complex visual movement significantly longer average response time. The results suggest that the impaired central nervous system functional status of workers exposed to impulse noise changes. Complex visual motor response may be used as an objective index to evaluate the impact of impulse noise on the functional status of central nervous system.
