用5个玉米(zeamays,2n=20)品种的花粉给6个普通小麦(Triticumaestivum,2n=42)品种授粉,以期通过属间杂交产生染色体排除,获得小麦单倍体植株。配制的30个杂交组合都产生了杂种胚,平均得胚率为8.54%。但各杂交组合的胚形成频率变化较大,以Pavon76×黄玉米的18.57%到Chris×黄玉米的2.22%,表明参加试验的玉米和小麦品种间的可交配性有差异。重复授粉处理大大提高了胚形成频率(12.75%)。经幼胚离体培养,一次授粉的组合,幼胚萌发率为58.81%,重复授粉的组合,幼胚萌发率为66.61%。经细胞学观察,60个植株都是单倍体。
Six wheat cultivars (Triticum aestivum, 2n = 42) were pollinated with 5 pollens of Zea mays (2n = 20) in order to generate chromosome exclusion by interspecific hybridization. All the 30 hybrid combinations produced hybrid embryos with an average embryo rate of 8.54%. However, the frequency of embryogenesis in each cross was significantly different, ranging from 18.57% for Pavon 76 × yellow corn to 2.22% for Chris × yellow corn, indicating differences in the malleability between the maize and wheat varieties tested. Repeated pollination greatly increased embryogenesis frequency (12.75%). The immature embryos in vitro culture, a combination of pollination, immature embryo germination rate of 58.81%, repeated pollination combination, immature embryo germination rate was 66.61%. After cytological observation, 60 plants are haploid.
