Deng Xiaoping’s introduction of foreign intelligence theory is an important part of Deng Xiaoping Theory and has very important strategic significance for building socialism with Chinese characteristics. This essay expounds the experience of studying Deng Xiaoping’s theory of introducing intelligence and expresses his opinion on how to guide the introduction of intelligence in colleges and universities.
